Didgeridoo Treatment?
[info]taxlady has complained on occasion that I snore, and she thinks I suffer from sleep apnea, because she says she's heard me stop breathing while asleep. I have no reason to doubt her, but I have no first-hand knowledge of this, other than the fact that I have crazy sleep patterns.

So, now there's an article that Didgeridoo playing can alleviate apnea by training your upper respiratory tract. I have to wonder if it works. You see, I already own one that I bought in Australia many years ago. On the other hand, the site I just pointed to sells the instruments, so they can hardly be called objective.

Still, I wonder...

I've tried the breathing needed to play didj, and I kinda buy that theory.

Yeah, there's been a little research on that, but it's no substitute for going to a doctor. You know, what with the strokes and brain damage and death and all.
